OUR TEAM

GGhomes is made up by a trained and qualified team to cover all stages of a dwelling’s construction. The company counts on direct and associated workers who are chosen on a recruitment directly by GGHomes to carry out the construction’s work. The firm is formed by Pedro García and Ponciano García as main directors. Pedro is responsible of design and Ponciano is put in charge of the process of construction. Both studied architecture at the University of Alicante, Spain. They also have taken part of exchange program with european and north american universities, so they have got an extensive professional experience in different areas of architecture.

Ponciano García

CO- FUNDER OF GG HOMES

Specialized in area of structures, global concepts, analysis and design. Trained as an architect at the University of Alicante and Bauhaus Universität de Weimar.

Pedro García

CO-FUNDER OF GG HOMES

Global knowledge in area of architecture, analysis, mechanical systems’ designs and electrical for buildings. He has a Master in electronic and technical equipment for buildings and efficient energy.

Graduated in Advertising and Public Relations. Specialized in marketing and electronic online commerce. Responsible of the maintenance of all RRSS, Websites, Campaigns and Customer Service.

Eugenia Llopis Sellés

ARQUITECTA

Responsible for the design, infographics and preliminary projects in GG HOMES. Degree in fundamentals of architecture and master in architecture.

Paola Portilla Florez

ASSISTANT IN MANAGEMENT AT GGHOMES

Responsible for work’s organization and contrast of budget. Besides she supports the technical part of the office.

Raquel Hernández Peinado

TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

Licensed in Architecture by University of Granada, also licensed in Sustainability and Energetic Efficiency in building and industry at University of Jaén, Spain. Large experience in project compositions about Solar energy photovoltaic.

Noemí Cebrian

RESPONSIBLE OF BOOKKEEPING IN GG HOMES

Studied a postgraduate course in administration. She has done some professional courses about bookkeeping, payslips or basic PRL, among others.
